	Gene has and always has had a strong love/hate relationship with Sam. They wind each other up and they have very different views on a lot of things. But ultimately, Sam Tyler is Gene's best friend and being able to see him again makes being stuck in a poncy castle worth it.
Alex Drake ♦ stampmybum
	Like with Sam, Gene's relationship with Alex has always had a certain love/hate feel to it. More love than hate though. She became his rock when he discovered the truth and remained faithfully by his side until the end. Now they have a second chance. And have to figure out just where they go from here.
Rose Tyler ♦ thebadwolfrose
	Gene has only met Rose once, although it was a pleasant meeting.
Dorian Gray ♦ dandiacaldevil
	Gene has only met Dorian once, during the hallucinations in the cave. To be honest, Gene thinks Dorian is a bit of a stuck up, pompus prick.
Lainey Rivera ♦ lainey_rivera
	Gene thinks Lainey might well be the kind of girl he can get along with. She's a good copper and can hold her drink. He's only met her once though.
Harold Saxon / The Master ♦ vote_h_saxon
	Gene has only met the Master once, although he doesn't know it. He still believes the man who kissed him that day was Sam, and it has put quite a strain on their relationship.
Chris Skelton ♦ no longer at the castle
	Chris was the first person Gene bumped into when he first arrived. It was Chris who sort of explained what was going on; and to be honest Gene was just glad to be able to see his friend again. His subsequent disappearance has been hard on Gene – not that he’d willingly admit it.
Elijah Turner ♦ no longer at the castle
	Gene didn’t particularly like Elijah. They only met once and they completely rubbed each other up the wrong way. They had the potential to be great allies – as long as they had stopped butting heads.
Capt. Jack Harkness ♦ no longer at the castle
	Gene had only spoken to Jack on a few occasions; at the meeting and regarding law and order. Their relationship was purely business. But he got on well with him and respected him as a leader figure.
'Batman' – Dick Grayson ♦ no longer at the castle
	Gene only met Dick once and the meeting was purely professional – he does, however, think Dick was a bit of a nutcase. A nutcase in a bat suit.
Eddie Brock ♦ no longer at the castle
	Gene only met Eddie once and the meeting was by chance. Eddie saved him from the Witch. Still, as grateful as Gene was, he thought Eddie's a little on the strage side.
The Wicked Witch of the West ♦ no longer at the castle
	The Witch tried to barbecue Gene. He didn't much care for her, her monkeys or her fireballs.
Alexei Romanov ♦ no longer at the castle
	Gene didn’t know Alexei very well. He met him once and fed him; and he felt a slight urge to protect the boy from harm – vampire or no vampire.
Thetis / Theresa 'Terry' Waters ♦ no longer at the castle
	Gene met Thetis briefly at the pool party. She was very sweet and interesting to talk to - and had a nice chest!
